Shipping Policy

At MyDetoxShop.com, we’re committed to fast, discreet, and secure shipping. Every order is packaged with care and shipped promptly to protect your privacy and ensure your satisfaction.

Daily Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will ship the same day. All others ship within 1 business day.

Free & Standard Shipping

If you qualify for free shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Express & Overnight Options

Need it faster? We recommend selecting an overnight or expedited shipping method at checkout. While we process all orders promptly, please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit.

Discreet Packaging

All items are shipped in plain brown boxes or mailers with no mention of detox or product contents. The return address will list our generic holding company name — not “MyDetoxShop.”

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship with USPS, but may use UPS or FedEx depending on your selected method and location. A tracking number will be provided via email once your package leaves our facility.

U.S. Orders Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
