Testimony Reveals Non-Consensual Acts Involving Urine in Diddy Case

Cassie Ventura, a recording artist and model best known for her 2006 hit “Me & U,” delivered powerful and disturbing testimony in a Manhattan federal courtroom this week, serving as a key witness in the ongoing sex trafficking trial of music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Now married and eight months pregnant, Ventura detailed years of alleged abuse, coercion, and emotional trauma during her long-term relationship with Combs. Speaking under oath, she described being forced into degrading acts — including orchestrated group sex sessions referred to as “freak offs,” filmed encounters with strangers, and being subjected to acts of humiliation without consent.

One of the most harrowing parts of her testimony involved Ventura recounting multiple instances in which Combs or others urinated on her. She told the court that these events were not consensual and left her feeling emotionally numb and physically endangered. "There is not a whole lot of control you have with two men standing over you peeing," she testified. "I was choking because there was too much urine in my mouth."

Ventura said she often relied on drugs to emotionally detach during these events, stating she needed a “buffer” to cope with what she described as sex with people she didn’t want to engage with. She also said she was often left to clean up rooms that were soiled with bodily fluids, including blood and urine.

Federal prosecutors allege that Combs operated a criminal enterprise involving the trafficking and coercion of women. Surveillance footage from 2016 was shown to jurors earlier this week, appearing to show Combs assaulting Ventura in a hotel lobby. Combs has pleaded not guilty to five felony charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for prostitution.

The defense maintains that all acts were consensual and emphasizes the length of Ventura’s relationship with Combs. The trial continues, with Ventura expected to remain central to the prosecution's case.
